2005 Saturn Ion reduce engine light

Reduced engine light is on and I lose power only accelerate to 35mph. I have replace throttle sensor and accelrator pedal sensor. I have also replaced multipule other parts on this car. Im at a lose it still trowing the same codes for throttle sensor and pedal sensor.
