I am trying to find instructions on changing air and cabin filters. How do I do this?

I need to replace my air filter and cabin filter, but cannot find ANY information on their location(s) in my vehicle. The dealer wants $200.00 plus the cost of the parts to do this. It should be simple, but everything under the hood is covered in plastic. Help!
