What is wrong with my car it started making a scraping noise on way home from work?

It was fine all the way home from work then for no reason starting making a scraping noise it sounds like its coming from the front drivers wheel and its preventing the wheel from turning properly, it doesnt make the noise when you are reversing but the car is struggling to go forward sounds like the tyres not moving at all and its just scraping ont he ground but thats not the case!

Have a pro check the brakes and suspension, you may have eitehr problem causeing this.

Its not the suspension the cars not sitting lopsided or anything hope its just the brakes or wheel bearings but it doesnt make the noise when I reversed it?
