05 sorento making noise in cabin area

2005 kia sorento is making a popping noise. can only hear it in the cabin not outside under the hood. the noise starts and stops sporadicly, but seems to stop around 45 mph. will make the noise when the car is stopped too.

Odd noises like this really have to be heard first hand, i would get a mechanic to listen to it as he may be able to identify it from the tone and the conditions it is head under,
