where can I find the EGR Valve?

I attached a handheld diagnostic tool that read a faulty egr valve. car runs rough, sometimes stalls at a traffic light, and when up to temp after shutting it off the car will not start (although it turns over) until the engine cools down.

rescan for codes, and check fuel pressure first. Clean throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides. if you have a idle air control valve clean the hole for that . pic attached for egr
