Fuse Box

I wanted to know if buying a 2005 Hyundai Accent for $1500 is a good deal. Owner says that the fuse box under the hood was stolen and that's the only thing there is to fix. How much would a fuse box for this car cost (labor included).

Please understand that not seeing the vehicle makes this a hard question to answer. The fuse box could be a simple replacement or major. For example, if the fuse box was ripped from the vehicle, it may have caused many electrical problems and will be difficult to replace. It could have also caused other items to short.
