Your going to need to have your ABS/traction computer scanned for codes. Let me know the exact code numbers you have not code descriptions? A diyer auto parts store scan tool cant read those.

My 2004 Yukon's traction control light and also the ABS light both came on and do not turn off ever. What all could be causing this?

Hi,

Don't laugh, but the first thing I recommend is checking the brake fluid level. If that is full, then my first suspect is a bad wheel speed sensor. You can determine if it is a sensor by using a scanner that can read ABS codes or you can test one wheel at a time.
