Replaced manifold, installed C&L performance manifold and 62mm L&M throttle body and ford racing cold air kit. Used bama custom tuning. Troubleshot, found no vacuum leaks. No manifold leaks. NO IAC valve on 4.6 liter, on cold starts high idle than after about 3-min's begins to lope between 700- 1500 rpm's. All this started after tuning and mod. It will stop when air conditioner is turned on. Or put in drive, (automatic-transmission.) Haven't replaced any sensors. Could this be a bad TPS, Thottle postion sensor? Or should I replace the MAF TO A AFTER MARKET SENSOR? I think I'll get my multimeter and do some testing. Any other advise. Also could the MAF be maxing out?

With aftermarket parts, I don't have a manual to refer to. It could be the MAF.
