05 Mustang PCM issue?

2005 Ford Mustang V6 Manual. Had some tranny work done, now spedo is dead, odometer shows dashes or doesn't register. Tried to reset PCM by unhooking the negative terminal and letting sit, then reattaching and going through idle process. Engine light goes off until I turn the car back off and back on. Oh yeah, spedo still won't work. Have 8 different error codes all related to PCM functions (O2 sensors, etc). Is my PCM fried?

Before condeming the pcm I would check all harness and grounds, check all connectors. I the tranny was out its poss that things were left undone. Vehicle speed sensor could be broken as well.
