Any chance of providing just a hint of details or clues? What squeaks? What is turned on?

You need a live person to listen to it. The serpentine belt could be squealing. A brake pad could be rubbing on a ridge of rust that will wear away soon. Ford has had a real big problem with steering and suspension parts separating leading to loss of control and crashes since the '70s. If one of those is squeaking, you're already on borrowed time. That cause must be identified and corrected right away. There are a lot of other suspension parts that can squeak that aren't big safety issues too.
