I have a rebuilt 5.9 cummins and it blows frost plug when I step on it hard. Wondering what is cause.

The core plugs are normally a very tight fit, so first I would ensure that the correct plug size is fitted, if you had a compression leak into the block with enough force to blow a core plug, I wold expect hoses to fail as well, and I would expect a misfire as well, normal cooling system pressure would not be enough to pop a plug it self under any circumstances, so ensure correct plugs are installed first.
