My engine hesitates a bit at takeoff from a stop,almost like a flat spot. I have a P0406 and P0406P fault code. I have cleaned the throttle body and IAC hole and still does it. I had the same trouble about a year ago (8000 miles less) and cleaned everything and no luck until one day I disconnected the battery and reconnected it and ran fine all this time. Any ideas. Thanks.
