I need to remove the heads. Can some one give me the steps to removing head and replacing timing belt?

Honestly, my best advice to you is to get the Chilton or Haynes manual for that car so that you have all of the procedures and specifications that you need at hand and can go back and reference them as you go. That's how I do it
