The obvious answer is to remove the two nuts and bolts. Is there a reason the obvious isn't obvious? To avoid reducing the life expectancy of the new part, the bolts must not be fully tightened until the car is sitting on the tires at normal ride height. Tightening them with the suspension hanging down will clamp the bushings in that position and put them into a permanent twist.
