My car shacking when I press brakes and stop but when I drive it does not do that but not enough power

I put new wires and plugs and core pack and it still doing it. I took it to machine it say number 7 not firing what is that?

-Could be rotors warped on shaking and no.7 is cylinder no.7 -check sparkplug, compression and injector for that cylinder
