2005 Chevrolet Uplander Electical Gremlins

My Daughter's van has several issues that may be related.
Power door locks don't work unless it is operated several times with the button. Works fine with the key.
The alarm that tells you the key is in the ignition is inop.
Dome light inop with driver's door only and the radio won't turn off with the key out of the ignition, when you open the door.
I believe the the dome light and radio are the same issue. The door switch.
These all started happening in roughly the same time frame.
They want to trade it in, so they don't want to put much $$ in it.
