Bypass connector

I have a bypass pipe that leak from the connection where you have to put the bolt on top of that there is the bleeder screw coolant the o-ring is okay the threaded bolt that hold the pipe snapped so i had to drill a hole now its holding by a Bolt and screw whit washer but it is leaking.
