2005 chevy tahoe. Check engine light is on and feels shaky. I called onstar and they did a diagnostic over the phone and said the Fuel injector control circuit was not working. Can you be a bit more specific than that?

I called them back and they gave me 2 codes. The 1st one "active misfire condition" is code P0200. The 2nd one is "fuel injector control cicuit not working" is code P0300.

Actually it was the other way around. The 300 is the misfire. Those codes are very generic and by themselves do no provide enough information to conclude anything. The system is going to require much more in depth testing to determine the cause of the failure.

So my husband came home and looked under the hood. The wires have been chewed by rats! At least now we know its not really the fuel injector control. Now let see how much it's gonna cost to replace the wires.

That makes sense. They got into the fuel injector wires along with others.

2009 Tahoe hybrid. This morning I was driving heard a pop sounded like a back fire. The Tahoe started to jerk and sputter. Yesterday my locks started unlocking and locking back by itself. Anyone have any idea what it could be? My dads bringing the computer home tonight to hook up to it.
