What does it mean when your brake light, abs light and another warning light stay on together?

The meaning is due to the possibility that there is a fault in the Dynamic Stability Control module. It is unfortunately a common problem and will require the DSC control module to be replaced and when replaced, then coded to the car.

This video will show you how

My 2003 325xi all wheel drive was towed by the city, they towed it with a dolly, which from what I understand is a bad mistake on their part. Now that I have the car back. It was towed by the way because it blew a head gasket, it started blowing white smoke and I could not accelerate very much, anyway now after they dropped my car back off to me (which the flare bed towed it back to me). Now the ABS light is on and it is making a grinding noise in the dash area when I turn the key off. Could being towed by a dolly cause the ABS to stay on because it was ruining it when they dolly towed it? And if so what could happen to it by towing it with the dolly with the all wheel drive? Is it even worth fixing the car at this point with the head gasket blown and the ABS light on? From what I understand the transmission could be broke as well from them towing like this. Thanks for any help.

You need to have the ABS module scanned for codes to determine the issue with the ABS.
