'04 XC90 Radio

I have a '04 Volvo XC90. The radio will automatically start scanning from FM to AM and go backwards. Same thing happens when I have a CD playing. I have to turn off the radio and hope that it will come back to a programmed station. Otherwise, it will start scanning backwards and eventually stop on a non station.

When it is scanning for stations is there a message on the screen that says P1 seek? If you do turn off that mode and it will return to normal.

Let me know if that was problem or not?
