Excessive vibration when driving

Vehicle is vibrating excessively while driving. Seemed to begin after numerous attempts to back uphill after ice/snow storm

Suspect ice and snow built up on the back side of one of the wheels. That will go away as it melts away. A wheel weight could have been knocked off too but you will only feel that at highway speeds. You'll feel the snow just as easily at speeds around 30 to 50 mph.
