I just purchased this car in August of 2014 and I want to take some preventative measures. I went to Toyota and they gave me a list of things that they think need to be done. Which include: Cabin Air Filter, Engine Air Box, Lower Control Arms, Power Steering Rack, Timing Belt W/ Water Pump, Spark Plug tune Up, and fuel Induction Service. Out of these services which need to be done the soonest with my mileage at 143,098? Toyota recommends a Tune Up at 120,000 miles, but now that my car has double the mileage I want to make sure I'm not doing any more damage to anything. So what do you think needs to be done?

Do the tune up and the filters, if there is no history of the timing belt being changed do it now so there is no mistake, if the steering rack is not to bad and the suspension bushes are only just starting to show wear, these can be pup off for a bit longer. But as I can't see this first hand, get a second opinion first just to be safe.
