2004 Suzuki Forenza My car won't start

I changed the camshaft out in my car and I pulled the gear off before I knew that it has two dial pins notches and on one it has an IN and on the other it has an EX I put the IN on the intake side but the car wont crank. Can you tell me on the gear how do I place it back on the camshaft.
