swaybar links

I have a 2004 saturn Vue 6cyl. front wheel drive
I need to replace swaybar links. can I do this myself. or does the vehicle need to be put on a hydrolic liftfor this to be done? I have a set
of stands is this good enough?

Yes a set of jack stand's will work good i would remove the front wheel's gain better access to the link's to replace them.There pretty easy to change no special tool's needed.
