Check the cooling fan relay. It could be sticking rresulting in the cooling fans operating all the time.

The most common reason for the cooling fan staying on all the time is a stuck relay in the cooling fan relay module. Its mounted on a bracket right next to the battery. While the fan is staying on when the engine is cold try taping on the top of the relay housing with a screwdriver handle see if the fan turns off.Let me know you find.
