the dial will not rotate fully from 8 o'clock to 5 o'clock. this is the dial that controls where you want the heat or a/c to be directed. the heater works great, when engine is warm, blower pushes good heat, but the dial will not turn all the way to 5 o'clock to activate front shield defrost. is this a fuse issue?
