2004 Saturn Ion rear clicks when turning

I have two questions the first one the front of the car is popping I think it is the struts but I'm not for sure what could this be? If I keep driving it will it mess something up? The second question is when I turn right the left rear clicks and when I turn left the right rear clicks what could this be?

The poping in the front is usually the sway bar bushings on those cars I have replaced tons of them for popping. When does it pop?As far as the clicking goes does it click while braking?
