2 questions randomly while stopping on dry pavement my abs will kick on and it's hard to stop. Almost causes accidents. And also randomly I'll start my car and my gages stop working and I will get errors on my driver info window ex. Traction control off, low fuel... and a few other. I could try restarting it and all still off until I drive and start it next. The abs is most important

The ABS issue is likely a failing speed sensor that is dropping out in low speeds and the computer is reading that as a lockup. If you aren't getting an ABS light, you may have to use a professional scan tool capable of capturing frame by frame data at the moment it happens to determine which wheel is doing it.

Your other issue could be a bad cluster. A professional scan tool could test that also.
