Something is pulling power from my battery over night. I have been jumping it to get it started and running it awhile. Starts good all day till the next morning and then it's completely dead again. I have had the battery checked which is new and the alternator checked which is charging. Ideas please?

I bought a digital multimeter. Equus 3300 and in hooked ground post. Pulled all fuses and had no change. Had the meter set on dcv 20 is that the correct setting?

I'm not familiar with that meter. However, disconnect the alternator and see if there is still a draw. NOTE: Make sure you disconnect the battery first before the alt. Also, make sure the positive connection to the alt is not going to short out when you reattach the battery.

Thanks. If I need to I will try that. I was trying to remember back to the day before this started happening. I was replacing an electric window motor and noticed the electric seat button was off. It had been since I purchased the vehicle a few weeks ago. Anyway I had put it back on. And my problems had started after that. I unhooked it and the past two days it has started in the morning. So hopefully I found the problem. Thanks for your time and advice.
