Don't know as though you are going to find a service procedure for that, are you? I can only suggest two things, either try compressed air blow gun and see if you can get it dislodged. Wait until the sun dries it out, and the see if it will break apart and come out with compressed air. Removing the lamp housing so you are able to reposition it may help.
