My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4.0 misses when backing up but sems fine going forward

I'd clean the throttle body and idle air system. Usually with reverse it may be an idle issue? With my old vehicle, I don't touch the throttle backing out of garage, rpms are high enough, all I use is the brake.
