After replacing the car battery the radio and clock no longer work. The time display flashes but is the incorrect time. When we turn on the radio it displays ERROR. we have the "radio code" from the dealer but do not know how to put it in. Thank you.

Turn the power off then on again. It should say "CODE". Punch in the 5 or 6 digit code into the radio. once you press the last digit, the radio will turn on.

If it continues to say ERROR. Unhook the battery for a minute, then re-connect it. This will reset the radio.
