Somebody sprayed plastic rim paint all over the side of my car will that affect the clear coat or finish in any way? If it does how do i go about fixing the issue or is it already to late and i have to get a new paint job

try a product like goof off or maybe rubbing compound sometimes it takes it off. run trough a car wash after using goof off
