Relay CV joint

Changing the outer CV on a Citroen Relay Van, (same as Peugeot Boxer) 2004, done CV's in the past on cars etc, got the big nut off the end of the shaft, do I undo the four bolts holding the hub to the spring assembly or release the bottom ball joint to get it out? or both!

If you release the ball joint the strut should swing out of the way enough to remove the drive axle.

If not you may need to remove the brake caliper to gain additional clearance.
