My 2004 Chevy Venture is squeaking while driving, making a metal on metal sound.I originally only heard it when stopping and thought it might be my breaks, but have since realized it's actually worse when the car is moving. Any suggestions on what may be causing this and what I should ask when I take it to the mechanic?
Thank you!

Chances are the brake pad sensors are rubbing the brake rotors to let you know they need replaced. Have the front brakes checked. If you plan to do it yourself, go to our homepage. Under the DIY section are directions.
