2004 Chevrolet Optra fuel pump

I was driving the car and just quit,I check the fuel but was not getting any,tried an other pump and nothing,there is no humming when you turn the key on(fuel pump)checked for power and there is power going to the pump just on one prong.Checked fuses all good,I really don't know what to look at next,can you help me out.

Check to make sure the ground is good. If it isn't, the power has nowhere to go and can't run the pump.

ok any idea witch one is the ground,there is two black wires at the plug.
