2004 Audi A6 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 58K miles. The light looks like an engine but it indicates a malfunction in the engine. Its flashing when the car bounces up and down, vibrates when driving and when the car is stopped it vibrates but when I don't give it gas it rides smooth. I'm taking it in for 60k maintenance very soon. It had 50K maintenance not sure what it is. What should I do its not under warranty.

You shouldn't be driving it like that. There is damage being done to the converter when this blinking is happening. There is a misfire going on probably and the excessive fuel is getting to the converter.
