At low RPMs when accelerating slowly or climbing a non-steep incline and accelerating, it feels like there is a hesitation in the acceleration. There are no trouble codes, the engine is fully warmed up. I also feel the same thing when stopping at a traffic light. I have had the throttle body cleaned at a local shop. Am considering transmisson fluid level check/refill, fuel filter, spark plug wires. Anything else or is there a specific item I should look for.

Time for a tune up. Don't be surprised when you remove a ignition coil and there is oil in the sparkplug well, The ECM does not code up a misfire until it reaches a predetermined value. Also the sparkplug well may have water in there, so that is another factor.
