Our database does not have any information on your vehicle so I am not able to confirm if your vehicle is equipped with any pollen filter. It has nothing to do with the different air temperature.

The cold and warm air on different side of vehicle are usually due to a faulty air-mix servomotor or its linkages. You would need to check the air-mix servomotor.
