I have a 2003 toyota 4 runner. I was driving on a raining day, then suddenly the car stop driving. Now the car doesn't want to start. I have the battery it is ok. The head light turn on. It also starts moving forward even if the car is on park. What can it be? Please advise.

It sounds like the linkage to the transmission is out of adjustment. If it moves in park, then the shifter isn't in the right place. That means the neutral safety switch is telling the computer the vehicle is in gear and won't let it start. Check the linkage to the trans and the neutral safety switch.
