I have a Saturn ION 2003, that shows vehicle light service turn on and also my power steering is making noise every time when I turn the power steering. Also when I step on the brake it keep making noise and the same thing goes for the clutch. When the vehicle light turn the car die for a while, I have to wait about 10 min or so to let the car start working again. I was wondering what seems to be the problem? Is there any way I can do to fix these problems? Please explain if there is. Thank you very much

Have the computer scanned. If the check engine light is on, the computer has identified a problem and it should direct you to what that problem is. Most parts stores will scan it for you for free.
