water leak from the front of the head/engine

My van was frozen the other night and now has a leak coming from the front of the head in between the injectors there a threaded hole and its coming from there not sure what to do. Having to fill it up every few mile because the light keeps coming on in the van if anyone could help ill be grateful cheers dan

Have it pressure tested -are you overheating?

I'm not overheating, but I will try the pressure test but It only leaks when the engine is running and it comes out like a slow tap trickling is there a bolt on the market for the hole?
