where is the pcv valve located?

I'm getting a little light blue smoke from the tailpipe when i start up in the morning. I think it may be the pcv valve since i recently had my car fully serviced by a Jaguar Dealer for about 500 hundred dollars. I have never had it changed out, can you help?

A bunch of things can cause blue smoke here is a guide that can help. The PCV valve is in the diagram below.
