2003 Infiniti M45 navigation screen

2003 infiniti m45 navigation screen just went out and I checked the fuses in the engine compartment which is ok. The screen lights up but shows nothing at all and I cant work the radio, ac /heat or any of the controls. What can it be?

I see an accessory relay in the fuse block. Image attached. The second image is to help you locate it. Third image depicts the location for the AV/Nav Control unit in the trunk. Check all of the wiring to and from. Also check the connections to and from the audio system amplifier.
