surging and the whole car jerked ?

First the rpm was surging and the whole car jerked and then at low speed it just stalled but restarted. It acts like transmission but I drove it like this from port saint Joe to niceville FL (3+hrs) added trans fluid but didnt help any.

This sounds like the engine is misfiring, I would run the codes and do a full tune up to start, when the engine misfires it can seem like the transmission but in reality the engine is to blame. Here is a guide to help run the codes.]

Spark Plug .................... PFR5N-11 NGK, RC10PYP4 Champion

Torque .................... 20 - 30 Nm (15 - 21 lb-ft)

Gap .................... 1.0 - 1.1 mm (0.039 - 0.043 in)
