All the brakes and rotor have to be removed first. At that point it is recommended to press the hub out of the knuckle for extra space but there is usually a point where you can get enough room to drive it out. The new one will have to be drawn in carefully. You may have to grind off one side of the head to gain enough clearance to get it in from behind.
