Check your battery and if that's good, take off the serpentine belt and try to start it if it starts then one of the pulleys is locked up. If it still doesn't then get a socket and wrench that fits on the big pulley at the bottom of the motor, the crankshaft. If it wont turn by hand the engine may be siezed
