2003 Ford Taurus camshift sychronizer

I need to replace camshift sychronizer but don't know how to remove wire harness above it. What is best possible way to remove wire harness? Could i add a little oil in sychronizer to buy me a liitle time or would that be harmful?

this is best left to a pro, you need a special tool to install it and if you put it in wrong the fuel pump goes out time and you will have ot watch for oil pump drive shaft coming out .
