I wanna know what's the biggest tire size I can fit on my 19" rims, right now it has p245/45r19 but I want bigger tires

You really don't want to do that. A lot went into the engineering of that and the tire size is tied into numerous things on the car. It will effect the ABS braking system and things like engine timing, fuel mixture and transmission shift points. It will also upset the geometry of the suspension. Stick with the correct tire size.
