2003 Dodge Neon Roaring noise

When I start my car it makes a roaring noise. The noise does not go away as I am driving but if I put the car in reverse it does not make the sound. It seems to be less of a noise when it is warmer outside. I do warm my car up before I use it. I took it to the garage and they already replaced the upper and lower motor mount and gave me a tune-up but it still makes that noise. Any ideas?

could be the fan kicking on have it looked at locally when you start it.
